SHIPPING

Here at H&H, we have both "In Stock" or "Pre Order" items.  All in stock items will ship in approximately 3-5 business days. All made to order items will ship in approximately 4 weeks from the order date.

If you order both in stock and Pre order items in one order, all items will ship together when the Pre order items are finished. Thank you in advance for your patience.

If you need something quicker, I am more than happy to send you a quote on upgrading your shipping. Please contact me BEFORE purchasing and I can organise this for you.

EXCHANGE

While I try my very best with each item to give you the very best purchase, sometimes things happen! In the case you wish to exchange I am happy to as long as you contact me within 7 days of receiving your goods. Thanks in advance.

*You the buyer however, will be responsible for return postage, as well as any additional shipping charges if exchanging an item (except for any faulty items)
